Abstract

Harassement represents an ex novo charge in the Romanian criminal law. It is a consequence of the present day life in which some individuals are unnecessary being put under surveillance, are being stalked in the streets, are being intimidated or scared through the means of modern mass media devices. This fact instills the individuals psychic discomfort, fears and worries.
