Abstract

Since the emerging of the "new order", Indonesia has experience relatively high economic growth. But sues growth did not automatically lead to Social Prosperity. To achie this, there are several aspects that must be accounted, ie poverty, unemployment and income distribution. Poverty level has decreased as a consequence of economic growth, but much work must be done for unemployment, and the most important, income distribution. Correction to minimize this economic gap, came in two extreme alternative answer. First, maintain current economic system which his primary concern is economic growth, second, change the system which concern with equality. In searching which economic system appropriate to Indonesian economy, it is worth to mention economic system specific to Indonesia which based on Pancasila
