Abstract

Minyak bumi merupakan sumber devisa yang utama bagi Indonesia. Ekspor minyak bumi merupakan 68, persen dari seluruh penghasilan devisa Negara pada tahun 1980/81. Sedangkan pada tahun yang sama pajak yang dihasilkan dari sector perminyakan sebesar 74 persen dari keseluruhan penerimaan pemerintah Indonesia yang tercermin dari APBN. Walaupun demikian Indonesia merupakan Negara OPEC dengan pendapatan per kapita yang terendah.
