Abstract

This review presents in summary fashion the provisional results of an ongoing study of Indonesia's longer term perspectives.') Two years ago a first attempt was made to identify the fundamental problems, key issues and significant variables which are likely to bear on Indonesia's future. It was at the time essentially a personal assessment and its nature no more than a "tentative probing"
