La apertura y la crisis agraria

Abstract

La apertura agrícola abatió el crecimiento agropecuario en 1992. En 1993 el crecimiento global fluctúa entre el 2.3% estimado por los gremios y el 2.7% del Gobierno e indicando una recuperación que para éste último es resultado de su política de reactivación y para los primeros del mejor clima pues subsiste la crisis de rentabilidad. Los capítulos dos, tres y cuatro se refieren al comportamiento de la apertura económica, particularmente en 1993, en los renglones de la agricultura comercial, campesina y pecuaria respectivamente.
