Potenciando la creatividad en el ámbito organizacional

Abstract

An organization can achieve long-term success if it is able to take advantage of its creativity and innovative capacity due to its incorporation and empower, allows keeping ahead in a changing market. The aim of this article is to distinguish the importance of promoting work environments where creativity goes hand in hand with daily activity, conceptualizing the neuroscience contributions to such activity and providing activities to enable the change.
