Abstract

This study analyzes the productive projects supported P3x1PM in Zacatecas during the period 2002-2007 to determine within the concept of entrepreneurial culture shift in identification that they would like to undertake productive projects leader sand recognize the profile of entrepreneurs. Approach was selected because it tends to mixed methods pragmatic conceptions of knowledge. It uses open and closed questions, and emerging approaches predetermined, the respective data and analysis (Creswell, 2003). The research strategy used was the sequential exploratory, due to its characteristics, in the collection and analysis of qualitative data, followed by the collection and analysis of quantitative data. The result was that the vast majority want to continue the activity that is currently working and the new venture would strengthen its current situation, under taken in another branch as controlled agriculture as the case of emissions to avoid the adverse weather conditions, or as the case of fruit production, the move towards packaging and canned fruit. No one but a diversity profile with certain characteristics specific to the environment of the state of Zacatecas.
