Abstract

Administrations of National Parks, Protected Areas and Public Goods in general must adopt rational strategies for operational and maintenance operations. The Costs of the trip method, instrumented by Krutilla and Fisher, allows identify a practical application tool. However, it may be sensitive to Clark’s Theorem effects by variation of social and financial discount rates. The paper presents an instrumental discussion and a simulated model for a National Park in Argentina.
