A privatizáció Kínában - tények és feltevések
[Privatization in China: facts and assumptions]

Abstract

A kínai hivatalos célkitűzés a szocialista piacgazdaság megteremtése, de a hatalom csak vonakodva és szűk körben ismeri el a privatizáció létjogosultságát (kerülve a fogalom használatát). A szerző bemutatja, hogy ennek ellenére dinamikus privatizációs folyamat megy végbe Kínában, jórészt spontán módon és többnyire illegális eszközökkel. Vidéken a föld hivatalosan kollektív tulajdona mellett különböző formákban erősödnek a földhöz fűződő egyéni jogok. A kollektív tulajdonú falusi vállalkozások pedig már sok esetben ténylegesen magántulajdonban vannak. Az igazán nagy volumenű, rejtett privatizáció az állami vállalatoknál zajlik, előidézve hatalmas vagyonvesztésüket.
