Abstract

A magyar gazdaságban 1989-1993 között széles körű vállalati fizetésképtelenségi majd csődhullám bontakozott ki az állami vállalatok körében az átalakulás, a rendszerváltás előrehaladtával, amely azután átterjedt egy sereg újonnan születő magánvállalkozásra is. A csődhullámnak számos makro és mikroökonómiai oka volt, e cikk közvetlenül a vállalatok gazdasági környezetében jelentkező csődöt okozó tényezőkkel, csődinduktorokkal foglalkozik. A tanulmánynak nem tárgya viszont az, hogy e mikroökonómiai tényezők létrejöttét milyen makroökonómiai rendszerváltási okok segítettek felszínre kerülni, esetlegesen elmélyülni.
