Abstract

Hosszú vajúdás után, 2002 õszén Magyarországon is beindult a SAPARD- (Special Accession Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development) program, amely az EU elõcsatlakozási programcsomagján belül a kelet-közép-európai mezõgazdaság és a vidékfejlesztés csatlakozásra való felkészülését segíti. A SAPARD elindulását Magyarországon négyéves tervezési és akkreditációs idõszak elõzte meg, amely jelentõs hatással volt a magyar vidékfejlesztés gyakorlatára, intézményeire és a vidéki problémák általános kezelésére. A tanulmány célja e hatások elemzése, értékelése, a vidékfejlesztés európai és hazai színterein zajló folyamatok közti összefüggések megvilágítása, valamint a lehetséges jövõbeli fejlõdési utak felvázolása.
