A menedzsment új horizontjai
[The new horizons of management]

Abstract

A globalizáció új kihívásai elsősorban az informatikának, a mobilitásnak, a tőkekoncentrációnak és -áramlásnak, valamint a műszaki fejlődés felgyorsulásának hatására jöttek létre. Mindez megköveteli, hogy a vállalatok új versenyelőnyökre is törekedjenek: a "glocal" koncepció megvalósítására, az építőkockaelv fokozott alkalmazására, az "immateriális erőforráslánc" szinergiájának kihasználására stb. Az előnyök valóra váltása azonban megkívánja a vállalati környezet átfogóbb és egyben részletesebb elemzését, főként a tényezők bonyolult kölcsönhatásának és hatásláncainak számbavételét. Módosulnak a vállalat célok és szervezeti formák is. Az operatív irányítás új eleme például a fokozódó belső versenynek vagy a K+F kettős nyitottságának a létrehozása. Az új kihívások mögött azonban fenyegetések is meghúzódnak: úgy tűnik, a vállalat vezetése szempontjából elhárításuk egyik feltétele, hogy nőjön a jövőben a menedzseri teamek és a "testre szabott" vállalati rendszerek szerepe.
