A vállalat mint tanulórendszer. Egy nyugati vállalatkoncepció kritikája
[The enterprise as a learning system. Critique of a western concept of enterprise]

Abstract

A vállalatok környezete világszerte mind gyorsabban és egyre váratlanabb fordulatokkal módosul: a változások már nem folyamatosak, hanem szakadásosak". Ezért a fejlett ipari országok menedzsmentszakértői szorgalmazzák, hogy vállalataik alakuljanak át tanulórendszerekké. Két sajátosságot hangsúlyoznak: 1. a vállalatnak új értékrenddel kell alkalmazkodni a változásokhoz, 2. a környezet új kihívásait a hierarchia alsóbb szintjein dolgozó frontembereknek" kell jelezniük a felső vezetők számára. A szerző szerint azonban az ilyen jelzésre csak operatív működés területén van lehetőség a stratégia időtávjában a menedzsmentnek kell a jövő lehetőségeit és fenyegetéseit érzékelnie.
