Abstract

Ritka ünnepi esemény ma Magyarországon egy szakkönyv megjelenése. Az évi 16-17 ezerre tehető új cím többsége a szórakoztató és szépirodalom vagy a "hogyan tegyük ezt meg amazt" műfajába tartozik. A tudományos igényű könyvkiadásban egyoldalú túlsúlyra jutott a fenti fősodort" idéző műfaj. Van tehát tankönyv a rabul ejtett olvasóközönségnek , emlékirat, hogyan legyünk könnyen, gyorsan gazdagok" műfajú írás, fordítási és számviteli segédlet, adó- és üzemgazdasági tanácsadó meg cikkgyűjtemény egybe kötve, s még ki tudja hányféle, inkább buzdító, mint tényfeltáró, inkább színes, mint fontos írásmű. E sivárságon enyhít Voszka Éva elmúlt év végén közreadott kötete, ami egy téma egy szempont szerinti előadása, vagyis monográfia, magyarul valódi könyv. A szerző kiadója szerint már elfogyott ötödik monogárfiájában egy szerteágazó kutatás eredményeit foglalja össze sajátos szerkezetben, alapul véve 57 esettanulmányt (felsorolásukat lásd a 199201. oldalon), valamint Major Iván mérlegelemzését (lásd a kötet függelékét). A könyv végén a szerző forrásértékű információkat közöl a vállalatok tulajdonosi-szervezeti változásairól.
