Abstract

A szaksajtó a rendszerváltás kezdete óta a magyar vállalatok lanyhuló innovációs késztetéséről és tevékenységéről számol be. Ebben a tanulmányban arra teszek kísérletet, hogy képet adjak a nagyvállalati szintű megújulási törekvések alakulásáról, és főként arról, hogy melyek azok a szociológiai, szociálpszichológiai tényezők, amelyek differenciálják a nagyvállalati vezetők és nagyvállalkozók innovációs képességét.
