Abstract

This paper describes a proposal for a data warehouse model, designed for the use in the management of insurance brokerage companies. The model aims to provide information to the leadership of such companies, beyond the classical knowledge drawn from current activity reports. Also, the design process took into consideration the characteristics of the business model analysed. The model is then “exploited” by making some analyses on the data loaded.
