Present and Perspectives in Quality Certification Services

Abstract

In the current world economy, the products and services run relatively free, with easy access of customers to, quality plays an increasingly important decision of choosing a product or service. In recent decades, certification has grown a lot in inter country trade, especially after the emergence of international standards ISO 9000 and those European EN 45000. General criteria for certification organization of quality system and for those who perform certification of products and services are provided in the European Economic Community standards EN 45012 and EN 45011 respectively, and our country is taken as the SR EN 45012 respectively EN 45011.
