Estimation non paramétrique et semi-paramétrique de la durée de remboursement des prêts à la Coopec Cahi

Abstract

Résumé : L’objectif de ce papier est d’analyser, pour la cohorte des emprunteurs des années 2014 et 2015 à la Coopec Cahi[1], la distribution du remboursement des crédits au cours du temps et de déterminer les facteurs de la probabilité d’apparition du dernier remboursement. Nos résultats obtenus grâce à la méthode actuarielle et au modèle de Cox ont prouvé que 64% des emprunteurs n’avaient pas encore remboursé la totalité de leur crédit jusqu’à la période d’étude. Par ailleurs, les variables Degré de rationnement, Valeur de la garantie, Sexe de l’emprunteur et Expérience professionnelle exercent une influence significative sur la probabilité d’apparition du dernier remboursement. Mots clés : Durée de remboursement, crédit, Modèle de Cox, Méthode actuarielle[1] La Coopérative d’Epargne et de crédit CAHI est une institution de microfinance qui a son siège social dans la ville de Bukavu, en République Démocratique du Congo. Elle est l’une de plus anciennes coopératives d’épargne et de crédit de la ville de Bukavu.
