Karşılıklı İştirak Durumunda Konsolidasyon

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Uluslararası Muhasebe Standartları/Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartları (UMS/UFRS) kapsamında konsolidasyon kavramı ile konsolidasyon yöntemleri hakkında bilgi verilmesi ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu’nda (TTK) belirtilen karşılıklı iştirak durumunda konsolidasyon uygulamasının örnek uygulama vasıtasıyla ortaya konulmasıdır. Konsolidasyon, bir veya birden fazla şirketin finansal tablolarının bir ana ortaklığın finansal tablolarının altında bir araya getirilmesini ifade etmektedir. Konsolidasyonda dikkate alınması gerekli durumlardan birisi de iki şirketin birbirine ait paylara sahip olması halinde ortaya çıkan karşılıklı iştirak durumudur. Bu durumda uyulması gerekli düzenlemeler TTK’de belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmanın teorik bölümünde holding(şirketler grubu), konsolide finansal tablolar, yatırım türleri, konsolidasyon türleri ve karşılıklı iştirak kavramı ele alınmış olup uygulama bölümünde ise karşılıklı iştirak durumlarında gerekli konsolidasyon işlemlerine yönelik örnekler sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak tam konsolidasyon ve öz kaynak yöntemi kullanılarak hazırlanan finansal tablolarda yasal düzenlemeler çerçevesinde karşılıklı iştirak ilişkisinin dikkate alınması ile sermayenin doğru olarak sunulmasını sağladığı söylenebilir.
