The Estimation Of The Professional Competences Level With The Help Of Multiple Regression Analysis (On The Bank Staff Example)

Abstract

In this article the possibilities of the estimation of bank personnel’s usage are examining with the help of the regressive model of the professional competence. The advantages of its usage are revealed in the HRM system. The most important competences for the banking activity are described. The results of the usage of the estimation of the banking personnel’s activity under the working results for a period of half a year in one of the largest Russian banks are presented.
