Abstract

This editorial describes major developments at Organization Science in 2004. An outgoing senior editor is acknowledged, and incoming senior editors and members of the editorial review board are introduced. The new online submission and review system is discussed, and feedback to improve the system is invited. Our efforts to be responsive to authors and provide quality, timely feedback are described. Special issues are announced. Members of the Organization Science community are thanked for making 2004 a successful year for the journal.
