Abstract

In the May 1974 issue of INTERFACES the Book Review Section included reviews of seven foreign books. These reviews were written by Dr. Jay Strum (New York University Graduate School of Business Administration). In this issue Dr. Strum reviews an additional seven foreign texts. Because of the probable limited interest due to the different languages, the critiques are intentionally kept brief.Selected foreign texts (reviewed by Jay E. Strum): (1) Programmation Linéaire et Ordinateur (Latourette, Klee); (2) Stabilité Structurelle et Morphogénèse (Thom); (3) L'Inventique---Nouvelles Méthodes de Créativité (Kaufman, Fustier, Drevet); (4) Grundlagen der erforschenden Statistik---Statistische Testtheorie (Billeter); (5) Optimale Produktions- und Absatzplanung (Kilger); (6) Lehrbuch der Linearen Optimierung (Krekó); and (7) Lehrbuch der Mathematik für Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Körth, Otto, Runge, Schloch).
