Abstract

Interview With Alan Kiepper. Alan F. Kiepper is MARTA general manager; he is responsible for all operations and activities of the Authority and its contractors; directs all assistant general managers and assistants. He was appointed by and reports to the MARTA board of directors. He is former Fulton County manager, and city manager of Richmond, Virginia.
