Abstract

In this series of articles I have attempted to address the problem of successful implementation of management science studies. From the numerous management science studies in which I have participated over the past several years, I have developed a set of conditions which I have found to be most conducive to providing an atmosphere for successful management science analysis and implementation of results. The initial part of the series of articles, starting in November 1970, stressed management involvement and participation in studies. It attempted to document a clear record of success, correlated directly to management's involvement in the studies. Next in these series of articles I stressed the need for education of management in the management sciences as a method for indoctrination in the concepts and principles of management science in order to facilitate this involvement. This article will discuss resources for the management science organization.
