Abstract

In 1990, TREMEC, a transmission manufacturer in Mexico controlled by Clark Equipment, had many problems [Plenert 1990]. Since my previous article, many changes have taken place. These changes, many of which were brought about by the new Mexican-dominated ownership, have taken TREMEC out of the red and into the black.
