Applying MS/OR Techniques to Small Businesses

Abstract

Small businesses, like large businesses, face complex problems that require the use of MS/OR techniques. Large businesses do have the resources to employ MS/OR techniques vigorously. Small businesses can, and should, use MS/OR techniques and tools to solve their problems effectively.
