Uluslararası Borçlanmanın Küçük Ülkelerin Ekonomik Kalkınması Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma, uluslararası borçlanmanın küçük ülkelerin iktisadi kalkınması üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemeye çalışmaktadır. Veri beş ekonomik değişken 5’i küçük ülkenin genel ekonomik performanslarını değerlendirmek için toplanmış ve alt gelir gruplarına ayrılmıştır. Bu incelemede beş milyondan daha az nüfuslu her ülke küçük ülke olarak belirlenmiştir. İki tür istatistiki analiz yapılmıştır. İlk önce iki çift değişken arasındaki bağımsızlık korelasyon yöntemine dayalı olarak test edilmiştir. İkinci olarak ise, ülke grupları arasındaki farkların test edilmesi için varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Uluslar arası borçlanmanın daha yüksek gelirli küçük ülkelerdeki etkilerinin, düşük gelirli küçük ülkelerdeki etkilerine nazaran farklı biçimde daha anlamlı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
