İktisat deneysel bir bilim olmaya mı başlıyor?

Abstract

Bu makale, özellikle son yirmi yılda iktisatçıların yaygın şekilde yöntemlerini kullanmaya başladığı yeni bir iktisadi akım olan deneysel iktisadın temellerinden ve ana unsurlarından bahsetmektedir. Öncelikle bu akımın nasıl başladığı ve geliştiği incelenecek, temel olarak üç ana koldan gerçekleşen gelişiminden bahsedildikten sonra laboratuar teknikleri ve özellikle tasarım ve veri toplama süreçleri irdelenecektir. Burada deney çeşitleri ve bunların kısa ayrıntılarından bahsedilecektir. Daha sonra Türkiye’de hali hazırda yapılmış ve yapılmakta olan deneyler ve kısaca bunların konuları incelenecek, son olarak da deneysel ve davranışsal iktisadın ilişkisi irdelenecektir. Makale, deneysel iktisadın pratik uygulamaları ile ilgili kısa bir tartışma ve bu yeni alanın zaman içerisindeki beklenen gelişimi ile ilgili görüşlerle noktalanacaktır.
