Türkiye’Ye Özgü Kurumsallaşma Anlayışıve Sonuçları

Abstract

Kurumsallaşma özellikle aile işletmeleri ile küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin yönetsel sorunlarının çözümü için çokça dile getirilen bir çözüm önerisidir. Bu makale, uluslararası yazından bağımsız olarak, Türkiye’ye özgü bir kurumsallaşma anlayışının oluştuğunu ileri sürmektedir. Kavram üzerinde karışıklığa neden olan bu durum nedeniyle, kurumsallaşma yazını işletme sahip ve yöneticilerinin sorunlarını çözmekten uzaktır. Bu çalışmada kurumsallaşma kavramı iki farklı zeminde ele alınmaktadır. İlk olarak, kurumsallaşmaya yönelik uluslararası yazın, ardından da Türkçe yazın ana hatlarıyla ele alınmaktadır. İki perspektifin bir arada ele alınmasıyla, Türkiye’deki kurumsallaşma anlayışının daha iyi anlaşılması, konu üzerindeki kavram kargaşasının nedenleri ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde tartışmak bu makalenin amaçları arasındadır.
