Türkiye’de Tekstil Sektöründeki İşletmelerin Finansal Yapılarının İstatistiksel Yöntemlerle İncelenmesi

Abstract

Toplumu oluşturan kişi ve kuruluşlar, ekonomik durumlarını iyileştirmek ve servetlerini arttırmak, yaşam standartlarını yükseltmek ve geleceklerini güvence altına alabilmek için çeşitli finansal yatırımlar yaparlar. Bu amaçlara ulaşmak için hisse senetleri bir yatırım aracı olarak oldukça ilgi çekmektedir. Yatırımların yapılmasında, hisse senetlerine ilişkin finansal göstergelerin analiz edilmesi, gerek sektör içi ve gerekse sektörler arası ilişkileri ve alternatif hisse senedini ortaya çıkarabilmek önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada önce, hisse senetleri İMKB’de işlem gören tekstil sektöründeki şirketlerin finansal performansına etki eden değişkenler (faktörler), Faktör Analizi ile belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonraki aşamasında faktör yapılarına göre, şirketlerin sektör içindeki birbirlerine göre konumları belirlenmiş ve yatırımcıya hisse senedi seçiminde alternatif olabilecek şirket ya da şirket grupları Kümeleme Analizi ile bulunmuştur.
