Hisse Senedi Getirileri, F/K Oranları Ve Franchise Değer

Abstract

Çalışmada,hisse senedi yatırımlarında gelecekteki getirilerin bir göstergesi olarak franchise değerinde tıpkı F/K oranı yada piyasa değeri gibi bir karar kriteri olarak kullanılıp kullanılamayacağı ele alınmaktadır. F/K oranı,piyasa değeri ve kar payı verimlerinden yararlanılarak 1998 yılında imkb’de işlem gören hisse senetlerinin franchise değerleri ve franchise F/K oranları hesaplanmıştır. Hesaplanan bu değerlerin 1999 yılı getirileri ile ilişkisine bakılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar,franchise değer ve takip eden yıl getirileri arasında güçlü bir ilişkinin varlığına işaret etmektedir.
