Since we are members of NATO and EU, the threats to the member states of these bodies represent implicit threats to Romania. We might say that the future sounds ... threatening! The cyberspace involves not only threats, but also opportunities to promote interests, values and national targets, and for their recovery is needed to ensure the cyber infrastructure’s resistance to shock. This article aims at presenting Romanian Cyber Security Strategy, which involves the conceptual, organizational and acting, developing national capacity for risk management and incident response based on a national program, promoting and strengthening the culture of safety in cyber security, development of international cooperation.
