Challenges faced by educators in adopting online technology

Abstract

Teaching can turn transformative when teachers and students are generating information clearly. In effective teaching, educators grasp all the significant things in an effective manner. Educators can create such potential way of critical learning to their children, in which students were motivated and engaged their abilities to analyse such critical situation. This article explains about challenges faced by educators while adopting online technology such as knowledge to use the technology, attitude, time taken, mental stress, family hindrance, etc. The study found that online teaching method is the effective one even though it has some difficulties also. The study also reveals that, professors are faced some difficulties in handling online classes such as headache/migraine, family hindrance, and how to handle the online tools, etc. They feel that these are the problems they met while entering into digitalised teaching.
