Abstract

Women of present-day work in various organisations across sectors, in various shifts. Women do not hesitate to work on par with men adding value to the economic growth of the country. In such condition, women face a lot of issues in workplace not limited to like organisational politics, stress, gender discrimination, and turnover intention. The researchers have done this study among working women across sectors to understand if they face any gender issues in specific and the influence of such issues on job satisfaction. Respondents were women working in any organisation in any level from whom the researchers could collect data through online method. The data collected were analysed using one-way ANOVA, Karl Pearson's correlation and t-test. It was found that women working across sectors perceived gender inequality in comparison to men in workplace.
