Abstract

The objective of this research is to present the elements of integration of small business suppliers with the automotive sector, focused on their importance. It is a qualitative and quantitative research, applying multivariate statistical techniques to analyse the data collected in structured interviews, in order to reduce the bias and facilitate a deeper understanding through the collection and analysis of this data. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between the relationships that integrate micro and small companies that participate in the supply chain of the automotive industry through the supply of parts and components. The expected study contributes to the construction of a functional model of integration of these suppliers with automakers.
