Abstract

In order to overcome the problems of poor accuracy, large error and long time consumption in traditional service measurement methods, this paper proposes a service quality measurement method of agricultural cold chain logistics supply chain based on grey clustering. Firstly, the measurement index system is designed and adjusted; Then, calculate the weight with TF-IDF method. Finally, determine the emotional tendency of the measured words based on SO-PMI algorithm, construct the service possibility function to determine the grey clustering coefficient of the evaluation index, and construct the clustering coefficient matrix to determine the grey class of the measured object, so as to realise the service quality measurement. The results show that the error of this method is only 0.06, the time consumption is 140 s shorter than that of the traditional method, and the accuracy can reach 98%, indicating that this method can improve the service measurement effect.
