Abstract

In view of the low accuracy and long simulation time of traditional methods in the numerical simulation of combustion temperature field of circulating fluidised bed boiler, a new numerical simulation and analysis method of combustion temperature field of circulating fluidised bed boiler is proposed. The combustion mathematical model of circulating fluidised bed boiler is constructed through gas phase combustion model, volatile component analysis model, coke combustion model and radiation model. On this basis, the physical model is established by gambit, and the grid is divided into blocks. The furnace is divided into several parts. Under the inlet boundary conditions, outlet boundary conditions and wall boundary conditions, the temperature field of circulating fluidised bed boiler combustion is numerically simulated. The simulation results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and short simulation time.
