Abstract

Because the traditional method does not effectively process the machining signal in the machining frequency control, there are some problems such as low control accuracy and unstable machining signal. Therefore, a frequency control method of cutting machining based on wavelet transform is proposed. The regulator command signal is used to adjust the phase of the speed regulation controller of the cutting machinery to realise the correction of the mechanical operation signal. The Lagrange method is used to estimate the mechanical vibration state, and the Fourier transform method is used to change the signal. It is concluded that the signal is relatively stable in the period of 0.43 s-0.75 s. The method of wavelet transform is used to control the cutting machining frequency to realise the cutting machining frequency control. The experimental results show that this method has high control accuracy, can effectively remove machining noise, and has high application value.
