Abstract

In order to improve the effect of logistics information traceability, this paper designs an industrial product logistics information traceability method based on RFID middleware. Firstly, RFID module is constructed and connected with SSH architecture to monitor the logistics transportation process in real-time by using GPS technology. Based on this, the fractal box dimension of the location range of RFID middleware is determined to form a location update strategy. Finally, the logistics location traceability candidate area is constructed, and then the RF card location estimation method is constructed through probability statistics, taking the path with the largest probability value as the traceability path. The experimental results show that the average traceability success rate of this method is 93.54%, the location information acquisition time is less than 1.50 min, and the logistics location information matching accuracy can reach 95.1%, indicating that this method realises the design expectation.
