Abstract

Aiming at the problems of poor fault monitoring effect, low precision and long time in the current mechanical equipment fault remote monitoring method, a mechanical equipment fault remote monitoring method based on virtual reality technology is proposed. Using virtual reality technology, a three-dimensional model of mechanical equipment is built, the operation status and perceived information of mechanical equipment is analysed, the mechanical equipment fault in virtual reality is expressed, and the remote monitoring of mechanical equipment fault is realised. The experimental results show that the average mechanical equipment fault identification ability of the proposed method is 97.8%, and the average mechanical equipment fault false alarm rate is 4.8%. When the mechanical equipment fault characteristic samples are 500, the mechanical equipment fault remote monitoring time is only 9.5 s, the monitoring time is fast, the remote monitoring effect is good, and the monitoring accuracy is high. It has good application effect.
