Abstract

In order to overcome the low accuracy of cost factor and total cost calculation in traditional logistics cost management methods, this paper proposes a method of enterprise logistics cost management based on factor weight under the trend of Industry 4.0. Firstly, the paper analyses the transportation mode of enterprise intelligent logistics under Industry 4.0, and defines each link of intelligent logistics. Secondly, according to the transportation characteristics of smart logistics, the logistics cost factor is obtained and the weight of logistics cost factor is calculated. According to the weight calculation results of logistics cost factors, the total logistics cost is calculated. Finally, using a Likert scale, the level of logistics cost is judged, and the enterprise logistics cost management is completed. The experimental results show that this method can accurately calculate the weight of logistics cost factors and the total logistics cost, and it is more reasonable for enterprise logistics cost management.
