Abstract

The concept of organisations in modern economy is marked by a paradigm shift towards stronger consideration of human intellectual factors. As social systems, organisations are constituted by communication between autonomous individuals. Language, media and representational systems play an important role in shaping perspectives among employees and can be used intentionally to influence the creation of mental models in a desired direction.
