Abstract

In view of the problems of long time, low accuracy and high cost in traditional assessment method for wind-resistance resilience of power grid, an assessment method for wind-resistance resilience of power grid based on extension analytic hierarchy process is proposed. Based on the traditional extension analytic hierarchy process, this method adds the fuzziness of artificial judgment to realise the consistency requirement of the judgment matrix of wind-resistance resilience in power grid. A wind speed model of typhoon is built to obtain the failure rate of power grid equipment under different wind speeds, and evaluate the load power supply capability guaranteed by power grid during the whole process of grid reconstruction-power restoration after typhoon disasters. The test results show that the proposed method has shorter completion time, higher accuracy and lower cost.
