Abstract

Aiming at the imbalance of phase and SOC of H-bridge cascade energy storage system, based on the analysis of the topological structure and mathematical model of cascade energy storage system, this paper proposes a SOC equalisation control strategy for cascade energy storage system based on negative sequence voltage injection, and deduces and analyses the working principle of SOC adaptive equalisation control strategy. On the premise of not affecting the current response of the system, the interphase and intra-phase SOC balance of the cascade energy storage system can be realised. Finally, a cascaded energy storage system model is built in the MATLAB Simulink simulation environment. The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed SOC adaptive equalisation control strategy.
