Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a dynamic model for investigating the effective factors on outsourcing with a hybrid approach. In this research, 500 indexed articles (from 2017 to 2019) have been investigated in the field of outsourcing, by the combination of the K-means algorithm, fuzzy DEMATEL technique, and dynamic modelling (which is the most important aspect of research). The findings are obtained in two stages: identifying factors ('technology and IT', 'purpose', 'motivation', 'innovation', 'human resources', 'creativity', 'benefits and cost') and identifying relationships (knowledge learning is a key element in the success, profitability, development, and enhancement of creativity, and also the 'benefits' and 'success' factors are the most important causal factors, and the 'smart' and 'costs' factors are the least significant factors in outsourcing).
