Abstract

The goal of the study is to reveal and study the character of the connection of scientific and technical systems of Ukraine with agricultural companies of the country in the process of realisation of innovation and investment projects by the latter. The article specifies the structure of directions of investments, sources of performance of innovation and investment activity of agricultural companies and also influence of the financial and economic crisis on main results of their economic activity. Analysis of results of activity of domestic agricultural companies allowed detection of their higher level of resistance to the world financial and economic crises if compared to industrial enterprises, which makes the former an attractive customer of scientific and engineering works for the domestic scientific and technical systems. The basis for such a conclusion is the positive dynamics of the volume of sales of agricultural products and positive value of profitability of its realisation even during an economic crisis. The role of the studied companies in financing innovation and investment projects will increase in future in the process of accumulation of own capital and increase of a number and cost of objects of collateral for bank crediting. The crisis state of the banking system negatively influences the volumes of investments of the studied companies, which correlates with volumes of works of engineering organisations and indirectly influences the volumes of works of scientific organisations.
