Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es identificar los aspectos que, según los operadores de las empresas detransporte urbano en superficie en España, afectan a la actividad diaria en el ámbito de la gestión eficiente de su empresa. Para ello, aplicando la metodología de la encuesta a 12 responsables de las principales empresas de transporte urbano en superficie, se puede conocer y valorar la opinión que estos otorgan a las diferentes variables vinculadas con su gestión y financiación, dado el contexto actual. / The target of this study is to identify those areas that, according to the operators of urban transport companies in surface in Spain, affecting daily activity about efficient management of your business. For this, we apply the methodology of the survey to 12 managers of urban transport companies withthe intention of determining, the view that managers of these companies give different variables related to the management and financing them, considering the current context.
