Abstract

Durante estas dos últimas décadas, los sistemas de gestión de la calidad (SGC) han sido el área de la gestión de las organizaciones que mayor número de investigaciones empíricas y aportaciones teóricas han recibido en esta área científica tanto en Europa como en EE.UU. Planteamos como objetivo de este artículo profundizar en el estado de la investigación académica en España en el ámbito de la gestión y mejora de la calidad durante la última década. Para dar respuesta al objetivo planteado se realizará un análisis de contenido de un conjunto de trabajos publicados en el área de Gestión de la Calidad. / During these last two decades, the quality management systems (QMS) have been the area within organizational management that has received the greatest number of empirical investigations and theoretical contributions in this scientific area, either in Europe or the USA. This article provides an in-depth account of the state of academic research in Spain related to quality management and improvement over the last decade. To this end, a body of work published on Quality Control was analysed.
