Abstract

El objeto del presente trabajo es conocer el estado de la investigación realizada en el campo de los recursos humanos en España. Para ello, se han seleccionado los artículos publicados en revistas españolas y ponencias presentadas a congresos nacionales durante el periodo 1999-2004. Partiendo de una base de datos de 310 estudios de recursos humanos, se ha elaborado un marco de referencia que nos permite identificar los temas prioritarios en este tipo de investigaciones y caracterizarles a través de sus rasgos generales y metodológicos. / The aim of the present paper is to analyse the state of the art of the Spanish research in the field of human resources. So, we have reviewed articles published in Spanish journals and papers presented at national conferences during the period 1999-2004. Based on the 310 articles and papers reviewed, we elaborate a framework to identify the main research issues about this topic, and label them through their general and methodological characteristics.
