Abstract

One of the question we can ask ourseselves due to the certification in the quality rule ISO 9000 is its usefulness or instead of this, if it is only a way to show what it is done in a company. This question has been asked the certfied companies of the Valencian Comunity, also other questions have been also necessary to find out if this introduction gives rise to an increase of producctivity, and the importance that companies stand up to the costs when the quality system must be introduced. The results are that in most of the sistuations the introduction of these quality systems go with an increase in productivity.
